# Event Details - **Event Name**: Jan. 10: 6s Men's and Women's Shorties Tourney - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 10 Jan, 2026 at 08:00 am – Sat, 10 Jan, 2026 at 06:00 pm - **Event Description**: Are you ready for some shorties volleyball love :) **Two inches lower net height Below 5'9 for the ladies Below 6'1 for the men --Anyone taller is welcome to play but they can only be backrow players-- This is a Shorties 6s tournament. Players need to meet the height requirement to be eligible to play all rotations. The exception for taller players is if they want to substitute/play libero in the back row. • The libero is a specialized defensive player that replaces players on the back row. The libero can only play across the back row. • In the Shorties 6s Tournament, a substitute player above the height requirement may enter the game in place of one player of the starting line-up ONLY when they are in the back row. The tall substitute must be substituted by the same player once they return to the front row. The tall substitute is eligible to re-enter the game whenever that player is in the back row.
