- **Event Description**: The OCTA West Regional will be held SATURDAY, JULY 11th at Beavercreek Community Theatre.  Admission to the Regional is only $10 for the day.  Registration forms can be found online at https://www.octa1953.org/west and can be sent to Lead West Regional Rep, Sonja.  

Advance Registration is NOT required - registration will be available the day of the event - payment must be made in cash or check, no credit/debit cards will be accepted.

Theatres from the West region of the Ohio Community Theatre Association will be performing excerpts from their shows in an adjudicated platform.  One excerpt will be selected to advance to the OCTA State Conference this Labor Day weekend (being held in Lima, Ohio).  Participating theatres this year are: Amil Tellers (Lima), Troy Civic Theatre, and Springfield Civic Theatre - which happens to be one of OCTA's founding theatres!  

10:00 AM - Registration Opens

10:00 AM - Participating Theatre Load-in starts
10:15 AM - Walk-The-Stage starts

12:00 PM - Excerpts start

12:00 PM - 26 Pebbles (by Eric Ulloa) - Troy Civic Theatre

1:00 PM - Now and Then (by Sean Grennan) - Amil Tellers of Dramatics, Inc / Encore Theatre

2:00 PM - A Midsummer Night's Dream (by William Shakespeare) - Springfield Civic Theatre

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Theatres Load-Out / Meal Break / Brief Delegate Meeting at the theatre

4:30 PM (approximately) - Awards Presentation / Invitee Announcement / Spirit of Community Theatre Award Presentation

A full day of theatre, a chance to network with other theatre aficionados from across Ohio and neighboring states, opportunity to learn more about OCTA from current board members, regional reps, and theatre delegates!  What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon?
