As the vibrations move through the body, you'll be invited to release self-judgment, reconnect with your inner light, and remember that your worth has never depended on how loudly you shine.
this event offers a space for community to grow, as I hope all of my events do. there will be a bit of an intro into the themes of the session before starting the sound bath, and I will offer space to anyone that would like to talk about their experience after the sound bath meditation

I will be using multiple instruments during the session, including Tibetan singing bowls, quartz bowls, and various handheld instruments.

this sound bath is offered for $20

the studio has yoga mats, pillows, and blankets to borrow for your comfort, you are of course free to bring your own

I recommend bringing some water, as energy work is best when hydrated. 
a notebook might be handy for jotting down any thoughts, feelings, or memories that come up during the session
