Each session includes guided discussion, easy-to-follow worksheets, journaling prompts, short meditation practices, and a cozy tea ritual to support reflection and connection. No prior experience or study is needed, just an open mind and curiosity. Come explore how these timeless ideas can support everyday life, self-awareness, and inner calm in a relaxed, supportive studio setting.

All are welcome including those new to yoga. All proceeds will be donated to: Jay’s Light, a non-profit organization that spreads the awareness of mental health.
