Step into a dreamy world of pastel sweets, swirls of frosting, and over-the-top creative fun! Doodlers will design and create bakery-inspired art projects that look good enough to eat. And the sweetest part? Campers will even decorate a real Candy Land themed cake - yes, a real cake!

In this deliciously fun camp, young artists will create colorful projects inspired by cupcakes, cookies, donuts, milkshakes, ice cream, and all their favorite bakery treats. Throughout the week, Doodlers will paint tasty-looking desserts, sculpt sweet treats from clay, and design playful candy-inspired creations bursting with color and imagination.  From decorating donut canvases to building adorable cupcake sculptures, painting ceramics, and mixing up ice cream inspired slime, each day is packed with hands-on fun and creative excitement. Campers will even dream up their own bakery brand, creating a name, logo, and sweet shop style to bring their vision to life!
Perfect for kids who love bright colors, sweet treats, and creating art that looks almost too good to eat, this camp is a sugary-sweet experience they won’t forget!

Dates/Times, Cost & Additional Details:
Dates: July 7-10
Times: Half Day - 9am to Noon & Full Day 9 am to 3pm
Half Day $225 (9 am to Noon) Full Day $375 (9 am to 3 pm)
$50 deposit due when registering balance paid on first day of camp
All Doodlers (half & full day campers) will want to bring a snack and drink each day.
Full Day Campers will also want to pack a full lunch.
Each Doodler will receive an Artsy Doodle t-shirt to wear to class each day as their art smock and it’s theirs to keep at the end of camp.
Camps are a drop-off classes, recommended for ages 5-13

DAY BY DAY CAMP DETAILS
Day 1: Donut Delight & Milkshake Dreams
Let’s kick things off with a sprinkle of fun! Doodlers will design and paint their very own “Donut Worry, Be Happy” canvas, complete with colorful icing and over-the-top sprinkle details. We’ll also create a super fun 3D faux milkshake of our dreams, focusing on shaping, texture, and realistic — but totally adorable — sweet treat designs.

Day 2: Cupcake & Cookie Cuties + Sweet Sculpting
Time to get extra sweet! Campers will create adorable Cupcake & Cookie Cuties — think soft, sweet, bakery-inspired creations full of personality. Then we’ll sculpt even more sweet treats using clay, complete with swirled frosting, cherries, and fun embellishments. We’ll also design a mixed media cupcake collage using layered materials, textures, and bright bakery-inspired colors.

Day 3: Candy Land Cake Decorating & Creations
Welcome to a colorful candy dream! Doodlers will learn simple cake decorating techniques as they decorate their own mini cake to create a beautiful candy-inspired masterpiece. We’ll also paint a vibrant lollipop or candy-themed artwork filled with bold colors and playful patterns. Bonus fun: campers can add sparkle, gems, and all the extra sweet details!

Day 4: Ice Cream Dreams & Slime Treats
We’re ending the week on a cool and creative note! Campers will design an adorable Ice Cream Dream ceramic and bring it to life with sweet colors and fun details. Then we’ll mix up a deliciously fun ice cream-inspired slime loaded with sprinkles and special add-ins for the perfect grand finale to our sweet week of creativity.

Full Day Campers
Full Day Doodlers will enjoy an extended afternoon filled with creativity, choice, and fun! After a relaxed lunch break, campers will jump into our Open Studio: Create Your Way time, where they can explore sketchbooks, mini canvases, guided drawing prompts, and a fun collage station at their own pace. Each day also includes rotating bonus mini projects like painted rocks, spin art, watercolor postcards, slime creations, and more—giving kids even more opportunities to create and try new things. We’ll mix in light movement and outdoor fun when possible. It’s the perfect balance of structured creativity and relaxed, joyful summer camp vibes, making full day an extra special experience for our Doodlers!
