Get ready for a star-spangled week of creativity, color, and celebration! Doodlers will paint, splatter, design, and create unforgettable red, white & blue masterpieces, including a special “Stitch”s Stars & Stripes”, plus enjoy a special hometown adventure with a sweet treat along the way!

Dates/Times, Cost & Additional Details:
Dates: June 29-July 2
Times: Half Day - 9am to Noon & Full Day 9 am to 3pm
Half Day $225 (9 am to Noon) Full Day $375 (9 am to 3 pm)
$50 deposit due when registering balance paid on first day of camp
All Doodlers (half & full day campers) will want to bring a snack and drink each day.
Full Day Campers will also want to pack a full lunch.
Each Doodler will receive an Artsy Doodle t-shirt to wear to class each day as their art smock and it’s theirs to keep at the end of camp.
Camps are a drop-off classes, recommended for ages 5-13

Day 1: Stars, Stripes & Kickoff Creations
Let’s get this party started! Doodlers will jump right into patriotic-inspired art as they design a Stitch-inspired masterpiece called “Stitch’s Stars & Stripes.” Campers will also begin designing their super fun collage boom boxes—think bold, colorful 1980s-style radios brought to life with painting, color mixing, cutting, and layered 3D details.

Day 2: Fireworks Frenzy – SPLATTER ZONE & Bubble Art
Get ready to make a mess in the best way! Doodlers will create a bold fireworks splatter ceramic piece using special glaze techniques that burst and spread when fired—giving it a true fireworks effect! We’ll also explore bubble art with texture and dimension, finishing it off with splatter paint, glitter, and metallic sparkle for that extra WOW factor.

Day 3: Hometown Flag Adventure
Our BIG adventure day!  We’ll head out on a walking field trip through Beaver for an American Flag Scavenger Hunt—how many can we find?!
Special stops include the Beaver County Courthouse steps to sketch the courthouse with the American flag displayed as our focal point.  Each camper will receive a sketchbook and pencil, perfect to take along with them on their summer adventures.  A great tool to keep them drawing all summer long.  Then a sweet ice cream stop on the way back (best day ever!)  When we get back to the studio we will add color and creative details to our sketched design.

Day 4: Red, White & WOW Final Creations
We wrap up the week with big, bold, celebratory fun! Doodlers will create a 3D patriotic project, design a freedom-themed masterpiece, and have an absolute blast with squirt gun painting (a guaranteed favorite!). We’ll finish with a fun red, white & blue slime creation loaded with festive add-ins.

What to Wear
* Clothes that can get messy (splatter day = extra messy!)
* Artsy Doodle Camp shirt each day if they have one
* Closed-toe shoes (especially for walking day!)

Full Day Campers
Full Day Doodlers will enjoy an extended afternoon filled with creativity, choice, and fun! After a relaxed lunch break, campers will jump into our Open Studio: Create Your Way time where they can explore sketchbooks, mini canvases, guided drawing prompts, and a fun collage station at their own pace. Each day also includes rotating bonus mini projects like painted rocks, spin art, watercolor postcards, slime creations, and more—giving kids even more opportunities to create and try new things. We’ll mix in light movement and outdoor fun when possible.  It’s the perfect balance of structured creativity and relaxed, joyful summer camp vibes—making full day an extra special experience for our Doodlers!
