Feel the warm light soften the body as we explore the journey from our present self, to our inner self, through our inner child. In this class we will practice presence and meditation through visualization and group exercises as we explore what it feels like to accept our full selves. We will create a safe space to explore the pieces of ourselves that we choose to set aside as we are reminded  that all of us is deserving of love. We don’t exist in parts. Every part contributes to the whole. Join me on a journey back to a synergistic approach to being, through self acceptance, and how to walk through this world without limitations. 

Feel free to bring a picture of you as a young child where you felt joy, or take a moment to think go a time as a child where you felt joyful. If one doesn’t exist feel free to make one up and what you want it to look like.
