- **Event Description**: We will be interlacing vinyasa flow, the FeetUp trainers and a silky savasana soundbath into this event. If you can access inversions without the trainer, you will be able to do so, but if you have been wanting to safely incorporate inversions into your practice, THIS IS THE EVENT FOR YOU! Don't be scared by the term "Inversions"!  This is a very beginner-friendly event, with lots of instruction and support.  If you want to add variety and playfulness to your practice (or just want to start a practice), we welcome you to this event.  No one is required to go upside down, but once you try it, you will be amazed at what you can do! We will end the practice with an immersion of sound with our crystal bowls to settle the body and the mind.

PLEASE NOTE* While inversions are indeed quite fun to practice, they are not for everyone.  
Contraindications about practicing inversions: Anyone who has higher blood pressure, heart-related problems, eye issues, neck problems, epilepsy, previous stroke, or sinus problems should usually not do inversions.  If you are not quite sure, please check with your healthcare provider to see if inversions are safe for you
