Announcing a Spring Retreat at Sandy Saulteaux Spiritual Centre, just outside of the town of Beausejour, Manitoba. 

This retreat is a dedicated journey inward. Our focus will be on delving deeper into the Self, igniting a powerful advancement in Self-realization, and gaining clarity on your own individual soul journey. Through a blend of sacred practices, you'll unlock your innate potential for deep growth and transformation.

Our sessions will include a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and guided meditation. 

You'll experience specific, transformative practices including:
- Awakening the Light Body: Movement practices crafted to elevate your energy and awareness.
- Chakra Balancing: Meditations and techniques used to clear energy centers and promote natural, energetic flow throughout the body.
- Heart Opening: Practices designed to deepen compassion and self-love.
- Enhanced Connection to Intuition: Tools and practices to strengthen your inner voice and knowing.
- Wisdom Teachings: Engaging discussions that clarify the spiritual path and provide ancient, practical wisdom for accessing your inner strength.

Your journey is fully supported by powerful healing modalities and dedicated time for deep rest including:
- Sound Healings: Sessions utilizing resonant tones for deep relaxation and energetic clearing.
- Yoga Nidra: Guided deep rest that systematically releases physical and emotional tension for profound nervous system healing.
- Group Reiki: Focused energy work to facilitate peace, balance, and rapid recovery.
- Guidance & Insight: Receive direction for your path forward through Oracle Readings.
- Nature Therapy & Grounding: Dedicated time for grounding practices, including mindful forest and river walks, allowing nature to fully support your healing.

Retreat includes your own private room, all meals provided. 
Retreat begins Friday May 1st 7:00 PM and ends Sunday May 3rd at 3:30 PM.

Investment:  $600
A deposit of $250 is required upon registration with remainder due March 1st, 2026.
