Yoga Bob

Hi I’m Yoga Bob. I have been teaching restorative yoga for 28 years. Starting on Monday I’ll be teaching four classes a week at 1:30-2:30pm drop in $20.00
Monday- restorative yoga
Tuesday-beginning yoga
Wednesday-yoga Nidra
Thursday- Hatha yoga, all levels.
