More than 8 million U.S. troops served in Vietnam. The last combat troops were withdrawn from Vietnam at the end of March, 1973. These veterans came home to a country divided on their feelings about the war and many who returned home did not receive recognition for their service. All are welcome to attend this annual opportunity to give them a proper warm welcome home and hear their shared memories.

This year we will celebrate our Vietnam Veterans once again, a little differently than we have in the past. We want them to have time together, to talk, reminisce and connect. So we invite them and their families to the Franco Garden for lunch to honor them.

This event will be held in the Donna Franco Garden at the Noble Creek Community Center, 390 W Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont, California.
