In this gentle sound bath, we'll honor the turning of the seasons and align ourselves with the rhythms of nature and mama Earth.  Each of these classes will be held at the beginning of a new season.  Learn more about what each season means and how to move through it.

Lauren will guide you through gentle restorative poses for each season while April fills the room with sweet healing sounds from her crystal bowls.  

All are welcome, all levels of practitioners can join.

2 blocks
2-3 blankets
1-2 bolsters
eye pillow
