Cycles of the Seasons soundbath and restorative yoga

Mark your calendar for intentional self care, rest, reflection, and healing at each turning point of the year--the spring equinox, the summer solstice, the fall equinox, and the winter solstice.

In this gentle sound bath, we'll honor the turning of the seasons and align ourselves with the rhythms of nature and mama Earth. Each of these classes will be held at the beginning of a new season. Learn more about what each season means and how to move through it.

Lauren will guide you through gentle restorative poses for each season while April fills the room with sweet healing sounds from her crystal bowls.

All are welcome, all levels of practitioners can join.

yoga mat
2 blocks
2-3 blankets
1-2 bolsters
eye pillow
