🏋️♂️ Cold Iron Classic 2026

Join us for our non-sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting meet, where lifters of all experience levels — from total beginners to seasoned competitors — can throw down, have fun, and lift heavy!
No singlet required. No pressure. Just good vibes, great people, and big lifts.
💪 What to Expect
Each athlete will compete in two classic lifts:
Snatch
Clean & Jerk
You’ll get three attempts at each lift, with one minute to complete each attempt. Lifters will be grouped into sessions based on their estimated totals (heaviest successful snatch + heaviest successful clean & jerk).
We’re keeping rules beginner-friendly while maintaining meet-style structure, so it’s the perfect environment to learn or push your limits.
Sessions will be staggered by 2 hours, and lifters will be determined by their total and age group.
