Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center presents the 6th annual 5k fun run and 1-mile Cancer Survivor walk in historic Downtown Beaufort on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 8 am.

This annual event is a rewarding and fun morning race for survivors, their families, and local runners. All race proceeds benefit Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center, a local non-profit that provides an oncology-specific exercise training program to empower local survivors’ bodies and minds to fight back against the devastating effects of cancer and treatment. 

This race is open to anyone, regardless of age or experience, and we are looking forward to a large turn out! Don't wait to register! 

**Make sure to register early! Register by March 10th to guarantee a shirt.**

Extended Packet Pick Up at Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center 4913 Bridges Street Ext. Building B, Suite 101, Morehead City during regular business hours.

Thursday, April 2nd - 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

Friday, April 3rd -  8:00 am until 2:00 pm

There will also be a Race Day Packet Pick Up at the John Newton Memorial Park, 500 Front Street, from 7:00 am until 7:45 am.
