Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class offered by Leon Mann Center in Beaufort at Grace Presbyterian

This is an evidence based program focusing on muscular strength, range of motion, balance, flexibility and coordination which decreases pain in joints. Participating in this class will provide holistic benefits which include, reducing stress, the risk of falls, and improves holistic wellness. Movements can be done seated or standing, all to great music. This program is brought to the community of Beaufort and Down East by the Leon Mann, Jr. Enrichment Center and Carteret County Aging Services.
