• Each contestant gets 1 guest in FREE. Each additional guest is $5.
• REFUNDS: No refunds. If there is a family emergency or an emergency situation that arises, you could possibly be transferred to our next pageant, directors approval. No shows will not be transferred.
• HUMANITARIAN: We will be doing 2 service projects. Contestants can participate in both, or just 1. We will be giving 2 Humanitarian awards. Each Humanitarian will receive an automatic bid to state.
Everyone is REQUIRED to bring 5 items for the Fishers House.
Ronald McDonald House: We are collecting pop tabs. The contestant that brings the most pop tabs will be our Humanitarian winner. Please place Pop Tabs in clear Ziplock bags and write the total number in that bag on that bag. Have totals together before checking in.
Fisher House At The VA in Lexington: We are collecting Coffee (Real Deal Folgers/Maxwell House, NO INSTANT); Individually Packaged Sweetener, Sugar, Creamer; Individually Packaged Snacks (Little Debbie’s, Chips, Peanut Butter Crackers, Cookies); Travel Sized Hygiene Products (Men & Women – Shampoo, Deodorant, Body Wash). Each item is 1 point. Box of Sugar Packets = 1. Box of Little Debbie’s = 1. Travel Size Bottle Shampoo = 1.

• SIDE AWARDS: These will be awarded in each division. Best Hair, Best Smile, Best Dressed, Prettiest Eyes, Best Personality.
• PHOTOGENIC: One winner from each Session will be awarded Photo Supreme and will advance to state. Photos must be sent through messenger to the director no later than February 22, 2026. No photos will be accepted after this date.
• OCC/THEME WEAR: (OPTIONAL FOR SESSION 1). Pretty In Pink/Ravishing In Red. Can be anything with the colors Pink and/or Red; cocktail, jumpsuit, gown, casual wear, etc. Be creative! FOR SESSION 1: This optional does not count on your score sheet but it does give the judges a first look at the contestant. There will be a division winner & overall winner for Session 1.
FOR SESSION 2: This is required and score will be combined with GOWN to determine crowning scores.
• SUPREME TITLES: Grand Supreme for each session (0-6, Boys, 7 & Up). All contestants are eligible. Each will receive an embroidered sash, crown, and will advance to state. If we have 20 PAID contestants in a session by February 1, we will add Mini & Novice Supreme to that session.
