- **Event Description**: Get your British on and join us for a unique wellness experience at the charming London Born Wines, a boutique winery nestled along the Niagara Escarpment and the Bruce Trail. We'll begin the day with an invigorating outdoor yoga session among the vines before setting off on a guided hike along a scenic section of the Bruce Trail toward Cave Springs Conservation Area.

After enjoying the beauty of the escarpment, we'll return to the winery to relax, connect, and embrace a little British flair with wine, good company, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes London Born Wines so special. It's the perfect blend of movement, nature, wellness, and wine country enjoyment.

Lunch/snacks available for purchase at the winery.

This event starts and finishes at London Born Wine Company, 3000 Cherry St., Vineland.

12 am - 4 pm

Hiking Distance: Approx 7 km (2-2.5 hours depending on pace of the group)

Terrain:  Uneven single track dirt trails and gravel paths.  Rocks and roots on the trails. Some inclines and declines.

Fitness Level:  Average to good fitness.  Must be able to walk on forest trails for up to 2.5 hours. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Yoga:  Beginner level

What to Bring:

small backpack
water/snack
dress for the weather 
hiking boots or trail shoes (footwear with good tread)
sandals to change into after the hike
sun screen
bug spray
hat/sunglasses
yoga mat

This event runs rain or shine! We do not cancel for light rain, so please dress accordingly. However, in the case of heavy rain, extreme winds, or lightning—conditions that make hiking unsafe—we may need to cancel. If cancellation is necessary due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, you will have the option to join the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
