You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you. I want you to feel comfy and cosy. Layers are a good idea as you’ll be lying down on your mat for a lot of the session and you might feel chillyWhat to bring· a yoga mat or similar to lie on· a blanket or duvet· an eye mask if you like to use one· a pillow or cushion for your head, and perhaps also a cushion for under your legsAnything you might like to have with you to make you as comfortable as possible! No such thing as too many blankets!You might also want to bring a journal and a pen in case anything comes up for you which you want to note down.ContraindicationsAs a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are usually played off the body.
