We will be working on increasing range of movement through relaxing poses and holding stretches

Lots of props available to make every movement comfortable whether you have limited range of movement in your knees, shoulders, hips or back - are in recovery or in need of a good deep stretch.

Adjustments for every pose to make it accessible for Every Body!
