Nestled on McGill University’s Macdonald Campus in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, the Morgan Arboretum is a peaceful 245-hectare forested reserve featuring diverse tree species, birds, and scenic walking paths. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed and refreshing nature hike close to the city.

🕙 Time & Schedule
10:00 AM – Meet at Morgan Arboretum entrance / Gatehouse
10:05 AM – Introductions & quick overview
10:10 AM – Group departs (we leave on time)
11:15 AM – Relaxed break / photos / water stop
12:45 PM – Return toward starting point
1:00 PM – Optional social time before departure

🚶‍♀️ Hike Details
We’ll explore approximately 5 km of gentle forest trails — ideal for all fitness levels. Expect a calm walk under towering trees, fresh air, birds, and great company. Trails are mostly flat with wide sections and natural paths.

Trail Options:
• Orange Trail (Centre Road) – 3 km loop, wide and well-drained gravel path, open year-round
• Yellow Trail – 5.4 km natural track (open April–December)

We’ll combine parts of these trails for an easy 5 km route.
