After an overwhelming response to our January Kitchen Takeover event, we’re delighted to be welcoming back Kai Lyons.

Working as a Sous Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons until it recently closed it’s doors, Kai - son of Head Chef Matt Lyons - will be cooking menus inspired by his time at Le Manoir, showcasing refined, seasonal dishes with a modern touch.
