We are happy to announce our next car show! Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 26th, 4:00-8:00 as we celebrate our car club's 10th year with our 10th Car Show entitled "The Re-Up". We hope to have you all come out to enjoy the day with us again and show that the car scene in Cleveland is as elite as these vehicles are. The car community is a joy and an escape for many of us and we hope to provide you guys with a great atmosphere. Same show location as last year at 23215 Commerce Park, Beachwood, OH. There will be a DJ, food vendors, prizes, 50/50 and trophies trophies, trophies! [Did we mention the trophies? ]. Car Clubs are encouraged to show up and represent together. This car show is FREE to attend and show your ride, but to be eligible to win any of the awards, the registration to have your car judged will be $20 or $15 with canned/non-perishable food Items for donation for the Cleveland Food Bank & we will also be taking donations for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (now called Blood Cancers United) *Show Awards are as follows (Tentative) - Top 25 - Specialty awards (Lady Driven, Kids choice, People's Choice Best club/team/group) - Several Sponsor Picks - BEST IN SHOW Rules are laid out below. Rain date will be the following Sunday, August 2nd ! *PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CLUB DOES NOT DO PRE-REGISTRATION or registration online or social media. We do all of our registration DAY OF SHOW, IN PERSON ONLY! There are scammers commenting/messaging on many show event pages trying to scam "registration" money. DO NOT respond them! Rules are as follows: - No 2-Stepping and Absolutely No blasting Loud Music as we will have a DJ and will also be making announcements during the show so please respect the DJ and our wishes as well as any other requests we may have in order for us to have a good show and keep our guests comfortable - No Rolling Coal : No one wants to breathe in a bunch a black truck exhaust clouds . Be respectful of the show and attendees - Absolutely No Drugs , Alcohol or firearms in or around the event location ! : self explanatory! - No Revving and No show of power in the show area. NO BURNOUTS IN THE SHOW AREA WHATSOEVER! We must respect the property we are on if we are to continue having events like this, so be smart. If you leave the show and go driving crazy around the area near the show location, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK IN AND WE HAVE NO PROBLEM CONTACTING THE BEACHWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE OUR EVENT IS RIFF RAFF FREE. Bottom line, we want to respect the property we are having this show on and our gracious sponsors. Anyone who doesn't honor our requests will be asked to leave. Keep in mind this is a family friendly show and WE NORMALLY HAVE MANY CHILDREN AROUND AND WE DON'T PLAY AROUND WHEN IT COMES TO OUR BABIES. THIS IS A CAR SHOW, NOT A TRACK DAY! ACT LIKE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT! - Please no political, divisive or hateful demonstrations or paraphernalia. We are here to come together, have fun and check out some cars. NO BIKES (Bicycles) NO SKATEBOARDS NO SCOOTERS NO GRILLING/ COOKING OUT If you have a dog on a leash, DO NOT walk in between vehicles. Also, please mind your small children and make sure they aren't touching, climbing on or throwing things at the cars at the show. We know it should be common sense, but let's make sure we respect the property of others so we can all have a good time. Lastly, we know this is common sense, but when it comes to our crew, we firmly believe in the golden rule and being kind/respectful and will go out of our way to treat our guests as such. With that said, there will be a zero tolerance policy for anyone in attendance who are overtly rude/disrespectful or threatening to any of our staff or any of our attendees.
