Join us in reminding shoppers to buy cruelty-free gifts this holiday season, and always! We will be holding a peaceful demonstration on Cruelty-Free Friday (the busiest shopping day of the year) to urge shoppers to remove fur and all other animal products from their holiday lists.
Come join us for what we estimate is the 26th almost-annual Cruelty-Free Friday (formerly Fur-Free Friday) demonstration at this location! We will continue to honor the memory of Bev Whelan who helped establish this tradition. This year we welcome AV: Cleveland as  a Co-sponsor of this event.
We will be demonstrating on the sidewalk in front of Beachwood Place Mall where all types of fur, leather, wool and many other animal-derived materials are sold (like silk, cashmere, shearling, suede, karakul, angora, alpaca, etc.).
Signs and banners will be provided, but you can also make your own if you like! We welcome signs against fur, leather, wool and other animal-derived products as mentioned above, plus general signs about cruelty-free shopping.
Please park next door at La Place Mall if possible.
Dress warmly (and of course cruelty-free) and bring a friend!
