If you've been considering tournament play disc golf, but haven't worked up the courage to enter an event yet, this one is for YOU! 💃
Mr. Andy Parkison has very generously offered $100 added cash to each planned round and also collected sponsors for each hole to make this event completely free to play!
Friday evening, we are offering complementary lessons to help get your form in tip top shape, along with an opportunity to practice the course and win some cash! 💸
Sign ups and lessons start at 5pm, dubs round starts a 6pm 👯♀️
Saturday morning is the real deal, with check-ins starting at 9am, and a shotgun start tee off on Little Black Bear at 10am.
Lunch will be provided and awards to follow the last card arrival 🌭🏆
If you're feeling adventurous, you're also welcome to join another random dubs on NorthStar after the tournament for some more challenging play and another chance to bring home some cha-ching! 💰💲🤑
Pro tips: If you don't have an Idaho State Parks Pass, please be prepared to pay for parking - $7 for Idaho residents, $14 for out of state vehicles.
Carpooling from Super1 in Athol is a great way to save some parking fees. Cash is easiest, but the Visitor Center does take cards.
Make sure you bring a water bottle to keep that body hydrated!
There are some nice beaches in the park if you want to swim or float afterward, too!
