To sit with, witness and love someone in their pain and trauma is the most precious gift you can give. Knowing there is nothing to fix or change. Instead to sit in love and honour all that is and all that arises. To accept, receive and love someone in all of who they are allows for a deep opening of the heart where we can move beyond the trauma to a place of unconditional love. In this place an organic deep healing can occur. Even though at times if feels like it, we are not our wounds, belief systems, pains and traumas. We are beautiful cosmic beings all connected to and through a higher power of love and consciousness. As we take this healing journey, bit by bit we let go of the old, which then allows the light of our soul to shine on through. You are your own master and everything you need is within. In each healing Rachelle holds this intention that you are perfect whole and complete and honours the bravery of your souls journey, allowing you to see this in yourself. With the understanding that trauma and emotions are held within the body and this is essentially what creates all types of disease, Rachelle has created a powerful healing process that assists in releasing this old stagnant energy from the body. It is a holistic process that addresses all aspects of the persons makeup, spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally. Healing happens on all levels and the whole system needs to be considered for true lasting healing. Everything is connected and intertwined and when we can look at the person holistically we have a better chance of assisting them back to balance, health and healing.
