Join the Nourish Connect Thrive community for our FINAL circle for 2025 on Tuesday 9th of December. Celebrate your achievments, your learnings, tests and triumphs with the women who have been supporting and cheering you on throughout the year!! Explore how you're feeling, where you're at and what you might like to change or create for yourself in the warmth of the summer months.

What is a Women's Circle?

It's a sacred space created intentionally for women to gather. We sit together in circle to feel seen, heard, held and witnessed on our journeys through life. It is a brave space free from judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. A space void of the demands from the outside world. A space for each of us to go inward, reconnect and return home to our own truth and wisdom.

Carve out some time just for you! Make it a non-negotiable act of self-love. Nourish your soul, connect with like-minded women and thrive in a supportive, nurturing environment. Every circle offers a unique opportunity to pause, take a deep breath, reflect and expand with women who "get it."

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat/ Cushion/ Blanket
• Water Bottle
• Journal and Pen
• Personal Item or crystal to energise on the altar if you'd like to!
• The circle is held in the HALL at the back of the carpark at Arrabri.
• Please arrive in time to set yourself up for a 7pm start :-)

They run in conjuction with each new season (Summer/ Autumn/ Winter/Spring). This is a great way to tap into the healing power of connection and community and share your journey with women who can relate and cheer you on!
