Hosted by Raíces Art Therapy, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering trauma-informed expressive art programs, in partnership with Lighthouse Vision Loss Center.

Miércoles de Bienestar son reuniones comunitarias y gratuitas donde nos tomamos un momento para respirar, crear y conectar a través del arte expresivo. No se necesita experiencia artística ni visión perfecta. El arte es para todos.
Cada sesión está diseñada para ser completamente accesible e incluye actividades artísticas sensoriales y táctiles, un momento de reflexión y la oportunidad de conectar con otros en un ambiente cálido y de apoyo.
