The trio is comprised of Mark Rossow on vocals/jazz guitar, Adam Staupe on upright bass, and Emily Robertson on vocals. These three formed a friendship & musical collaboration after many open mics & shin digs at The Snug, a gem of an Irish Pub on the beautiful Lake Superior shores of Washburn Wisconsin. From R&B to Appalachian Bluegrass to Baroque Choral, they came together from varying genre backgrounds in musical performance. Yet, the cozy ambience and authenticity felt from the repertoire of Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Fats Waller and Billie Holiday (to name a few…) have truly inspired Mark, Adam and Emily to bring back an interpretation of Jazz & Blues' wonder & charm that's hard to come by in the live music scenes today.
