Join Laura Shaw PT, DPT, PCES, and Kimberly Moritz, CYT 500, for an embodied journey into the "Sacred Structure" of the pelvis-the foundation of stability, strength, and creative energy. In this immersive workshop, you will explore the pelvis through the integrated lenses of yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy, combining movement, education, and soulful inquiry.

The experience will include a deep dive into the anatomy of the pelvis, gaining a clear understanding of its muscles, bones, and joints, and how it supports your daily movement and vitality. You will also touch on the rich history of how different traditions have honored the pelvis as a sacred seat of power and life force. 

Beyond anatomy, you will uncover the energetic and emotional connection between the pelvis and the throat chakra, examining how voice, expression, and pelvic health are deeply intertwined.
