Port Air Space Day in the Bay

Port Air Space Day in the Bay will run from 11am-3pm on the grounds surrounding the Historic Hancock County Courthouse on Main Street. Local restaurants will feature special drinks and menu items and merchants will decorate their stores and offer special space related promotions to welcome visitors during this festive event.

Featured events include:

-Interactive STEM and space exhibits
-4th Annual Bud & Burgers Cooking Competition

The 2023 event drew a crowd of 3,000 people and featured fascinating exhibits such as underwater drones, flight simulators, robotic games and even a portable planetarium! During Port Air Space Day in the Bay children of all ages will be able to meet face-to-face with people who work in STEM careers in Hancock County.
