About Your Instructors
Kathy holds graduate degrees in psychophysiology and special education, with a background in brain-based learning and stress management techniques. Since retiring from education, she’s embraced a second career in art—studying at MGCCC and with individual artists—combining her expertise in well-being with her passion for creativity.
Cecelia attended the Colorado Institute of Art and is a graduate of The Art Institute of Houston. Her 25+ year career in graphic and web design has been filled with creative exploration and community connection. Her love for texture, color, and composition brings a thoughtful, engaging approach to both her art and teaching.
