This workshop is an invitation to soften, release, and gently attune to the energies of renewal held within this powerful Winter Solstice.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, slow, and supportive style of yoga designed to soothe the nervous system and bring the body into a state of healing.

Rather than stretching or strengthening, restorative yoga uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support you in gentle, comfortable poses held for several minutes.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrational frequencies, such as crystal singing bowls and chimes, to bring the body and mind back into balance.
