Hand Cut Pappardella Pasta and Apple/Pear Crisp
This is another favorite at Soule'.This is going to be a pasta dinner with dessert.Everyone will learn to make your own fresh pasta. It will be a hand cut Pappardella Pasta with Roasted Shrimp and Veggies. Finished with Pecorino Ramano Cheese.
For Dessert we will be making Apple/Pear Crisp served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
