Day 1 — Arrival · Labuan Bajo
Arrive in Labuan Bajo by afternoon. Harbour sunset, relaxed walk, dinner by the sea.

Day 2 — Waerebo Village
Travel inland and hike up to Waerebo Village. Cultural immersion, traditional houses, mountain atmosphere.

Day 3 — Waterfall & Cave
Hike to Cunca Wulang Waterfall, then explore Rangko Cave. Return to Labuan Bajo.

Day 4 — Phinisi Begins · Island Hopping
Board Phinisi. Kelor Island hike, snorkelling at Majarite, sunset with flying foxes at Kalong Island.

Day 5 — Padar · Komodo · Snorkelling
Padar Island sunrise hike, Pink Beach, Komodo National Park visit, snorkelling at Manta Point & Taka Makasar.

Day 6 — Sebayur · Departure
Morning snorkelling at Sebayur Island. Return to Labuan Bajo and depart.
