The event is open to all shoppers of 168 Park Mall aged 7 and above. 2. Participation is limited to the first 50 registered participants on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Registration must be completed via the official QR code/link provided by 168 Park Mall. 4. Book Requirements (The "Vibe Check") 5. Participants must bring at least one (1) pre-loved book to join the swap. 6. Books must be in good, readable condition (no missing pages, heavy staining, or significant damage). 7. All genres are welcome, but 168 Park Mall reserves the right to reject books containing inappropriate, offensive, or sensitive content. THE SWAP PROCESS 1. Participants must arrive and check in at the Concourse Area by 11:00 AM. 2. All books will be wrapped using materials provided by the mall during the session to maintain the "Mystery/Blind Date" element. 3. The swap is a blind exchange; once a book is chosen and unwrapped, it cannot be traded back or exchanged for another. WORKSHOPS & DONATIONS 1. The Bookmark DIY Workshop is complimentary for registered book swap participants while stocks last. 2. Additional book donations for the 168 Reading Corner are voluntary and will not be returned once donated. LIABILITY & RIGHTS 1. 168 Park Mall is not responsible for the quality or content of the books exchanged during the session. 2. By participating, you consent to the use of your photographs and videos for 168 Park Mall’s promotional and social media purposes. 3. Management reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
