What has been important, even life-changing, for you? Lets explore & write about them. Creative Writing: ‘Things Witnessed’ (ACT 867)Tues 22nd 12 noon – Fri 25th 10.30am September 2026Led by Chris LeonardWhat have you witnessed in the course of your life? What has been important, even life-changing, for you? Jesus told his first followers to go and tell what they had seen of him. Much of the Bible (and of Chris’ own published writing) tells honest faith-stories from imperfect, ordinary witnesses. Structured in much the same way as Chris’ regular creative writing events at Ashburnham ‘Things Witnessed’ will focus on recalling and expressing what you’ve witnessed of Jesus day by day and help you gain confidence in relating stories of what really matters in your life and faithIt’s not competitive. However insignificant they might seem, your lived experiences are unique. Difficult struggles often speak with more relevance and credibility than spectacular triumphs and each will illuminate different aspects of Jesus for different kinds of people. Your faith and spirituality may be hesitant, embryonic and weak or mature and strong – all will have ‘God with us’ stories to encourage others. Writing, then listening to each other’s stories at Ashburnham will inspire us all to explore new ways of sharing God’s grace, hope and love. TO BOOK please call our Bookings Team on 01424 894201 or click on the link to book online.Single Occupancy £375.00 per personShared Occupancy £315.00 per person - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/battle/creative-writing-‘things-witnessed/100001981857491106 - **Event Categories**: fitness, Workshops - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 22 hours - Location: Ashburnham Place - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 315, max: 375, currency: GBP ## Event venue details - **city**: Battle - **state**: EN - **country**: United Kingdom - **location**: Ashburnham Place - **lat**: 50.917405 - **long**: 0.483679 - **full address**: Ashburnham Place, Kitchenham Road, Battle, United Kingdom ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Creative Writing: ‘Things Witnessed’ - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events4/banners/a14202ecda780b0df31104a7092024fdd5062d4c6df54ebf2ccf51c63d266d26-rimg-w1200-h750-dc172e2d-gmir.jpg?v=1769626037 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Creative Writing: Things Witnessed being held? - **A:** Creative Writing: Things Witnessed takes place on Tue, 22 Sep, 2026 at 12:00 pm to Fri, 25 Sep, 2026 at 10:00 am at Ashburnham Place, Kitchenham Road, Battle, United Kingdom. - **Q**: Who is organizing Creative Writing: Things Witnessed ? - **A:** Creative Writing: Things Witnessed is organized by Chris Leonard. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
