In this immersive, experiential workshop, we will dig into the science of non-verbal and sentient communication through nervous system awareness—what expert Linda Kohanov calls interpersonal mindfulness.

In this workshop, you will:

💫 No Horse Experience Necessary: Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been around horses for years or are meeting one for the first time.

🥾 What to Wear: Please dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate layers. Closed-toe shoes or boots are strictly required to enter the pasture.
