November CPAN Meeting - Dementia Empathy & Training

You are invited to join us in the Lew Boyd Room at the Kool Family Community Center where we will be hearing from Miles for Memories and Heart to Heart Hospice about Dementia. Refreshments provided by North Woods Village.

We encourage networking, collaboration, idea, and information sharing. We invite you to bring brochures, flyers, and business cards to share with the group. Please invite colleagues, coworkers, or anyone you feel would benefit from this group.

o 5-minute Sponsor Spotlight –North Woods Village 8:55 am – 9:00 am
o Miles for Memories/Heart to Heart Hospice 9:00 am – 9:30 am
