Construction is still underway at our regular meeting location, but we’re excited to announce that the Southwest Michigan Young Marines have found a temporary home at Arbor Academy in Battle Creek!

If you’ve been curious about the Young Marines or know a young person who would benefit from a program focused on leadership, teamwork, and confidence, we’d love to meet you!

Open to youth ages 8 to 17 accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parent/Guardian must stay for information night but are not required to stay for regular meetings.

Please also note that we are not a disciplinary program.

Our program gives young people opportunities to challenge themselves, build friendships, develop leadership skills, learn about healthy and responsible choices, and become confident leaders in their communities. While we proudly wear the Young Marines uniform and incorporate traditions such as marching and military customs, the heart of our program is helping young people grow into their full potential.

No experience necessary! Come learn what we’re all about, meet our adult volunteers, ask questions, and see if the Young Marines is a good fit for your family.

Adults interested in becoming a volunteer staff member are also welcome.

Regular meetings are Wednesdays from 5:30–8:00 p.m.

We can’t wait to see you on September 9! 🇺🇸
