First Free Sundays: Christmastime in Early Louisiana

The holiday season isn't over yet! What was Christmastime like in early Louisiana? Did colonists put up Christmas trees or other decorations? What were their celebrations like? Come find out during Magnolia Mound’s First Free Sunday. This free event includes highlight tours of the historic house, walking tours of the grounds, and a talk about past holiday traditions in Louisiana. Afterwards, make a pomander craft to take home. (While supplies last.) Presentation starts at 2:00 p.m.
