Join us for a peaceful day of mindfulness, meditation, and Dhamma as we step away from the busyness of daily life and cultivate inner peace and wisdom.

Throughout the day, Venerable Purnajan Maharjan will offer guided meditation sessions on mindfulness and loving-kindness (mettā), periods of silent meditation practice, and opportunities for Dhamma discussion and questions. 

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this retreat offers a supportive environment to deepen your understanding and experience of the Buddha's teachings.

The retreat is free of charge and open to everyone. Donations are gratefully accepted to help support the teachings and future programs, but there is no obligation to give.

Lunch will be provided.

We warmly welcome you to spend a day cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and inner calm.
