Power Up 2026 blends creativity and movement — where we dream big, dance freely, and set powerful intentions surrounded by women who lift each other higher. We are Louisiana's first women-only (25+) alcohol-free dance experience —retreat to our beach-themed lounge for craft mocktails, delicious food, and genuine conversation, or lose yourself on our dance floor under our giant pink sparkling disco ball. Four hours of perfectly curated throwback anthems (yes, all your favorites!), zero pressure, and pure vacation energy. Leave by 9 PM, glowing instead of recovering. We are here for each other to lift each other up, collaborate, and support our sisters after the hectic holiday season. Join our sisterhood.
