Lori is certified in an exciting type of Pilates called POP Pilates, which she has been teaching since June 2020. Pop Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of any class participant, regardless of experience or fitness level. After a Pop Pilates class, you will leave feeling energized and happy.

To attend in person or via Zoom, the physician approval form, as well as the release, must be completed and returned to Cancer Services. If Zoom is your preferred method of attendance, the Zoom link will be sent to you upon receipt of the physician approval form.
