To keep the group warm and personal we limit each session to just 12 spaces, so if you'd like to join us we'd recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.A calm, supportive space to be heard, understood and supported.We will begin with a calming relaxation, then move into sharing experiences, practical tips and some light refreshments.The Late Discovery Circle is hosted by:Yve Smith, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist and Pilates teacher with a special interest in supporting women through stress, overwhelm and life transitions. Yve was late diagnosed at 57.Laura Higgitt, a registered Nutritionat Therapist specialising in menopause and women's health. Laura has recently realised that ADHD has been a big part of her life all along.Together, they offer a compassionate, understanding space for women navigating ADHD, midlife and menopause changes and the challenges that can come with both.Late Discovery Circle is a peer space, not a clinical group. We're explorers, not experts, and this group exists because we wanted somewhere warm, practical and honest to figure things out together.We focus on the positive, practical things we can do for ourselves: simple lifestyle shifts around food, movement, sleep and supporting the nervous system that support an ADHD brain and a mid-life body.Come curious.
