Universal Wellness is excited to bring gentle, inclusive Chair Yoga classes to our Community Hall starting February 2026!

🧘‍♀️ Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a calming way to move and breathe, Chair Yoga is a beautiful way to support your wellbeing.
