- **Event Description**: Session will take place on the track at Morse Park (weather permitting).

Details of the session are:

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running

Interval Session

600m @ 90% Anaerobic Speed effort
200m @ 55% Recovery effort

Effort + Recovery = 2 laps

Repeat x 3 - 8 (26min set total)

600 is the magic number, developing speed, speed endurance and anaerobic capacity. The aim is to be in control and consistent throughout. The challenge is to start strongly but maintain throughout the workout.

NOTE - headlights will be necessary.

Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Duration – 60min
