Session will take place on the grass track at Morse Park.

Details of the session are:

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.

Mixed Grass Session: 

10min Straights @ 80% threshold effort bends @ 55% recovery effort

2min active recovery

10min for time - 800m (2 laps) @ 75% tempo effort 400m (1 lap) @ recovery effort, continuous until time runs out.

Merry Xmas with a good conditioning session on the grass track. An early start and work across the aerobic range to test out the form, control and execution. 

Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For anyone keen to keep their training on track with structure this summer, I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
