Are you a stay-at-home parent, caregiver, expecting mom with or without young kids under 5? We’ve got an exciting brand new program just for you — starting Tuesday, November 4, from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Pavillon Gymnasium!

✨ What to Expect:
The gym will be divided into two fun and engaging sections:
?Section 1: For kids aged 2–5y:
Organized movement activities led by Sylvie, one of our Let's Move Chaleur coordinators! Think obstacle courses, games, and plenty of fun physical activity. Parents are welcome to join in or just watch from the sidelines.

? For children under 2y:
A relaxed free-play zone with toys and space to crawl, explore, and interact with others.

Parents can choose to:
•	Walk laps around the gym with or without a stroller
•	Follow a simple mini workout posted on-site on a board
•	Play with their children
•	Sit, chat, and connect with other adults
•	Just enjoy some downtime while supervising your little one!

?‍♀️ Clean strollers are welcome, so you can move around safely while staying active with your child in a baby-friendly environment.
? This is a pilot program, and we need a minimum number of participants to run. If we don’t meet the numbers, we’ll continue promotion and look at re-launching something similar after the Christmas break — possibly with a coach-led adult workout session instead of just following a work out on a board.

Vous êtes un parent à la maison, un gardien, ou une future maman , ou un parent d’enfants de moins de 5 ans ? Nous avons un tout nouveau programme pour vous — à partir du mardi 4 novembre, de 13h15 à 14h15, au gymnase du Pavillon !

✨ Voici ce qui vous attend :
Le gymnase sera divisé en deux sections amusantes et adaptées :
? Section 1 : Pour les enfants de 2 à 5 ans
Activités organisées de motricité animées par Sylvie, une des coordinatrices de Let’s Move Chaleur ! Au menu : parcours à obstacles, jeux, et plein de plaisir en bougeant !
Les parents peuvent participer ou simplement observer.

? Section 2 : Pour les enfants de moins de 2 ans
Une zone de jeu libre avec des jouets, de l’espace pour ramper, explorer et interagir avec d’autres enfants.

Les parents peuvent choisir de :
• Marcher autour du gymnase, avec ou sans poussette
• Suivre un petit entraînement affiché sur place sur un affiche
• Jouer avec leur enfant
• S’asseoir, discuter et socialiser avec d'autres adultes
• Profiter d’un moment de détente tout en surveillant leur enfant
?‍♀️ Les poussettes propres sont les bienvenues pour permettre de bouger en toute sécurité dans un environnement adapté aux bébés.

? Il s’agit d’un projet pilote, donc nous avons besoin d’un nombre minimum de participants pour aller de l’avant. Si le nombre n’est pas atteint, nous continuerons la promotion et envisagerons de relancer le programme après les Fêtes — peut-être avec un entraînement pour adultes dirigé par un coach plutôt qu'un entraînement libre suivi sur une affiche.
