Ford Falcon Tribute Cruise #6
Proudly supporting The Heart Foundation
Cruise from Sydney to Bathurst
~Mount Panorama Circuit~
This is a “NOT to be Missed” Event.
This event is open to all Ford Falcons.
First Meeting destination same as the last one.
🔹meeting at Bunnings Minchinbury carpark.
CNR Great Western Highway and John Hines Ave Minchinbury. Meeting 7:30AM and leaving 8AM.
For those jumping in along the route, channel 21 on the 2 ways. We will also regroup at the Ampol Yetholme around 10AM before we go into Bathurst.
Cruise to Bathurst, meet up with the Rest of the NSWFPVC just as you come into Bathurst at the Gold Panner Motor Inn.
The cruise is Expected to pass the gold panner around 11am.
Alternatively you can choose where you want to jump in along the way, will keep everyone updated on times on the day when we arrive and leave each meeting destination.
🔹BBQ Lunch plus show and shine for all participating Models will be in the Hard Stand Pit Area behind the Garages.
PLEASE NOTE: CAR ACCESS TO THE HARDSTAND PIT AREA is FOR FORD FALCONS
All other models & spectators will be directed to the public parking carpark located next to pit straight, a quick walk over the footbridge into the pit area. Enter off Panorama Ave roundabout.
The location where we will park up all the cars gives us a great view of both sides of the track.
You are welcome to bring fold up chairs or picnic rugs but no chair under any circumstances is to be left up or near cars when you’re not sitting in them.
Please fold them down and pop them back in your car when walking around.
BBQ LUNCH

All money raised from BBQ sale will be going into our Heart Fundraiser. (Link for donations posted in the event)

Another 50-70 plus Falcons will be jumping in just as you come into Bathurst. (Opposite the Gold Panner Motor Inn)
🔺Please remember that this is a public road so all road rules and speed limit must be abided by at all times.
We have always had both the media & a strong police presence involved with this event, to date we have never had a issue with bad publicity or people copping fines on the day so let’s keep it that way 🙏🏼
With that being said a Huge shout out also goes out to The Bathurst Police for their support on the day.
PLEASE NOTE:
Anybody caught doing burnouts Or driving recklessly will have their registration & any dash cam footage captured will be handed to the police.
This is a annual event and we won’t risk having it ruined by one or two people.
🔶When we arrive at Mount Panorama in Bathurst, we pull up before we go in,
Here you will meet the rest of our team, so once you have parked please walk on over to where we gather just under the sign that goes over the road, (keep your UHF’s on you as this will help you hear what’s being said) we will have a quick talk with you all while we wait & give our photographers time to go in and set up first.
This allows us to get some epic shots from the best spots around the mountain, after a few laps and confirmation from the photographers that they have captured everyone we then will enter via pit lane and park up for lunch.
