With the help of many local changemakers and entrepreneurs, we put together a video showcasing the realities of Bathurst: our people are resilient, our city is beautiful, and we are FULL of potential. We are honoured to have made it to the next round in the selection process!!

Now, we need YOUR help! In this next phase, we need to create another video showcasing our city’s enthusiasm and spirit. We hope to gather a crowd at 13 Barrels Brewing, where we will be recording a crowd saying “Hometown Takeover, come to Bathurst, New Brunswick!”. Additionally, anyone who’s willing can take part in a quick interview during the event.

In order to have maximum impact, we need a large and enthusiastic crowd! Invite your friends, family and co-workers. Make colourful signs, bring balloons, and come with a smile! Every attendee will receive a gift card redeemable at any time for a 13 Barrels Brewing product.

En octobre 2025, Zoé et Nadine ont nominés Bathurst, Nouveau-Brunswick comme future vedette potentielle de Hometown Takeover Canada sur HGTV. Grâce à l’aide de plusieurs personnes impliquées dans notre communauté, nous avons créé une vidéo mettant de l’avant la réalité de Bathurst : une communauté résiliente, une ville magnifique, et un potentiel incroyable. Nous sommes tellement honorées d’avoir été sélectionnées pour la prochaine étape !!

Maintenant, on a besoin de VOUS ! Pour cette phase, nous devons produire une nouvelle vidéo qui démontre l’enthousiasme et l’esprit de notre communauté. Nous espérons rassembler une foule chez 13 Barrels Brewing, où nous filmerons un groupe disant : “Hometown Takeover, come to Bathurst, New Brunswick!”. De plus, toute personne intéressée pourra participer à une courte entrevue pendant l’événement.

Pour que l’impact soit fort, on a besoin d’une foule nombreuse et énergique ! Invitez vos ami·e·s, votre famille et vos collègues. Apportez des pancartes colorées, des ballons, et surtout votre plus beau sourire. Chaque participant recevra une carte-cadeau utilisable en tout temps pour un produit de 13 Barrels Brewing.
